Monk fruit planting helps increase income

The photos taken on April 10 show the villagers transplanting monk fruit seedlings in the monk fruit industrial park in Huangsha’ping Village, Qiangongping Town, Fenghuang County.

In recent years, the village has cultivated over 100 mu (about 6.67 hectares) of monk fruit on wastelands, with an annual output value of more than 600,000 yuan. Monk fruit industry has become the pillar industry for rural revitalization in Huangsha’ping Village.
